Headquartered and founded in Foster City, California, Gilead is a member of the NASDAQ Biotechnology Index and the S&P 500. Gilead’s full year 2019 total revenues were $22.4 billion with a net income of $5.4 billion.
Sanofi is a multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Paris, France, as of 2013 the world’s fifth-largest by prescription sales. The company is a component of the Euro Stoxx 50 stock market index. In 2019, Sanofi generated about 36.1 billion euros in revenues, the highest in recent years. In general, the company’s revenues have been increasing since 2006.
Inovio is an American biotechnology company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of synthetic DNA products for treating cancers and infectious diseases. In 2020, Inovio was among some 100 organizations developing a vaccine candidate for treating people infected with the COVID-19 coronavirus, with 115 total vaccine candidates in development.

In it’s Q4 2019 results, they reported that their total revenue was up by 13%; including product sales up by 15%.
Pfizer is one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Pfizer ranked No. 57 on the 2018 Fortune 500 list of the largest United States corporations by total revenue. Pfizer’s reported net income for 2019 was $16.2 billion, up 46% year-over-year, though its adjusted income was $16.7 billion, down 4% over the same period.

This is a global multi-level marketing corporation that develops and sells dietary supplements. The company operates in 94 countries through a network of approximately 4.5 million independent distributors and members. In 2019, Herbalife had global net sales amounting to approximately 4.88 billion U.S. dollars.
